Smales have just launched a new range of added value chilled seafood recipes for two.

 

The five strong range combines the freshest, finest quality, responsibly sourced seafood with simple, complimentary flavours. Recipes include sea bass fillets with ginger and lime, trout fillets with minted pea puree and salmon fillets with watercress butter.
