Smales in conjunction with Booths Supermarkets, launch an exciting new range of chilled seafood recipes.

In partnership with Booths  Supermarkets, Smales have launched a new range of added value chilled seafood recipes for two.

The range has been developed following recent research which highlighted our customers’ desire for inspiring recipe ideas to make fine seafood dining an easy option. They are simple to prepare in the oven in less than 20 minutes, so offer a great option for a delicious midweek supper.

The new products come in pack sizes of 190g – 340g with an RSP of £3.99 - £4.49.  The new range of easy to prepare dishes include Sea Bass with Ginger and Lime Butter, Cod Mornay, Salmon with Watercress Butter, Trout with Minted Pea Melt and Scallops with Thai Chilli Butter.
